A Few Quick Notes

(Mostly TV-related, since watching television doesn't hurt.)

1) Sayid on Lost = so hot.

2) Tonight's Colbert Report = hilarious. If you didn't see it, catch one of the seventeen reruns tomorrow.

3) It's supposed to snow in Chicago tomorrow. I used to look forward to every snowfall because of the possibility that it might net me a snow day. I don't get snow days anymore (or sick days, for that matter), so I'm considering tomorrow's possible inclement weather with some trepidation.

4) If anyone has advice concerning collecting a urine sample from a dog with the least possible spillage and mess, please -- for the love of all that's good and pure -- share.

I'm a big fan of Sucre on Prison Break, and of course Julian McMahon from Nip/Tuck

Didn't catch Colbert...on to do list..ty

I know, doesn't that just blow that us sah moms can't get a day off?

Boy/Girl dog? If a boy and he likes to hike leg...it is very easy just take them out, get a large disposable cup and catch away when they hike--if a girl, sorry you are on your own;)

It's snowing right now. If I didn't have anywhere to go today, I wouldn't mind.

Girl dog -- I should have mentioned that. It makes all the difference.

Sorry 'bout the snow. :)

I love snow. I don't love the things that go with it. i.e. driving in it, turning the heater on, paying the utility bills. I wish I would win Powerball already so I can go back to the simpleness of childhood where I didn't worry about paying for groceries and stuff.

As for TV. I can't comment. Just feel like an idiot that I'm only up to speed on cartoons.

Pepper --- Find rubber gloves. It helps that you have to take her out to pee. When she squats shove it under there. Still gross. Ewww.

What's wrong with Pepper? Does she have another UTI?
Tell her Gransma's sorry.

Wish I could help with both the snow (it's October 12, for God's sake!) and the dog pee. Alas, I have a solution for neither.

Am I a bad mommy for still wanting to bundle Libby up and take her for a walk in this crap weather? I'm going stir-crazy in the house right now -- feeling like a milk cow with all the feedings and pumpings. C'mon -- Libby's more than a week old now. She's hearty enough for a snowy walk. OK, OK, I won't do it ... but I can dream.

Guess I'll just put that Lost on and start feeding her again. I loves me Sayid, but I loves me more Jin. I used to loves me Sawyer -- until he took his shirt off. That man should NOT try to be pumped up. He doesn't have the build for it, and it looks kind of freaky on him.

Hope you're feeling better soon, Kel! You know what would be good for it? Holding a newborn. Come on over!
