Supah Stah

That's me! On TV! (I'm the one on the left.)

Those of you who missed the Chicago Chamber Choir's media blitz this morning, have no fear! Visit the WGN archive and choose "Toy Drive, Chicago Chamber Choir 12/15" to see a (brief) clip of us singing "Carol of the Bells." (We performed several other songs, but that's the only one in the archive.) Here is a lovely shot of us singing for WGN.

And go to the WBEZ archive for Eight-Forty-Eight and choose the December 15 program to hear us sing "Caroling, Caroling," "Angels We Have Heard on High," and "Christmas Time Is Here." (We are about the last 10 minutes of the program, so you can fast-forward straight to the end.)

Next week, we're singing the national anthem at a Bulls game -- more details to come.

Yay! How lovely! Hmm, I seem to recall someone thinking they did nothing but kid stuff all the time... how cool is this? Totally fun, totally Kelly, and not at all related to your children. Not that there's anything wrong with being kid-centric, but you know. I think you are cool.

excellent! I tried to watch the wgn news this morning, but for some odd reason they play some sort of religious programming instead of the morning news.....they have the noon news and the nine, but not the morning

Wow! You all sounded beautiful!! I adore Christmas music sung by a choir more than any other type of holiday music. Glad they had a link to this on the website. Like Nanette, I couldn't get this on TV here.

Lovely, I've always tried to play a low profile (cause I stink) when it comes to public singing and I envy those who do it so well.
